We assure QUALITY through the following ways:
Incoming Inspection:
Analyzing elements of lead alloy through Baird FSQ spectrogragh.
Choosing factories free from inspection for export
as original material suppliers.
Using pure electrolyte.
Keeping impure content of seperators under 10PPM.
Plate Process Control:
Grids casted by Wirtz-produced caster weight tolerence is 2g and thickness tolerance is 0.03mm.
Grids pasted by MAC-produced pasters to assure consistency of active materials.
Plates formed by Tank-Formation 3-Step Charging Method adopted to assure plate consistency
Assembly Control:
To test pressure between group terminals
in assembling cells
To fill acid by precise acid-fillers in
keeping acid tolerance under 1ml to assure no free acid.
Battery Test:
Discharge test carried by micro-computer-
controled Charge-and-discharger.
To test internal resistance, open voltage, max
currency discharge and leakage
by 4-function testers.
To inspect batteries at random according to
International Standard.
To test all functions by Germanproduced DIGATRON according to the requirements of customers.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Panyu Henda Power Industrial Co., Ltd. warrants to the original user that all Henda Sealed Lead Acid batteries ( SLA ) are free from defects in materials or workmanship for Twelve (12) months after date of installation or Fifteen (15) months after date of shipment, whichever is sooner. Proof of date of purchase / installation is required for all claims for breach of this warranty. Normally return of defective batteries to Henda in China is not required, however, Henda reserves the right to require return and the method of shipment. Upon satisfactory proof of claim as determined solely by Panyu Henda Power Industrial Co., Ltd., we will make any necessary repairs or, at our option, exchange any defective batteries at our cost. Charges for correcting defects will not be allowed nor will we accept Henda batteries returned for credit or exchange unless the correction or return is authorized by us in writing.
Registration, Installation and Operation records are to be maintained by the user for submission to Panyu Henda Power Industrial Co., Ltd. as required to support any warranty adjustment claims.
This warranty does not cover failures in service due to the following conditions:
1) Negligence, accident, abuse, or improper, unsuitable or abnormal storage of the batteries.
2) Improperly installed or applied batteries, improperly charged (either under or over) batteries. Opening of batteries that are designed and intended in use as sealed products.
3) Physical damage due to acts of nature or man, which stress batteries beyond design limits or other undesirable influences.
The liability of Panyu Henda Power Industrial Co., Ltd. is set forth totally under the claims paragraph above. Henda shall not have any liability to purchase / distributor, or to any other person, either directly or by way of indemnification, for consequential, incidental, special or direct damages, whether the claim for any such damages is based on warranty, tort, contract, or otherwise.
The users must follow INSTRUCTION & INSTALLATION attached with the batteries, otherwise no claim will be acceptable.
